The week is almost over--about 7 hours till AW gets home. We seem to have survived, but it wasn't super easy. Jackson and Joshua know that when it is time for Jonathan to eat, I can't get up and discipline or interact as I normally, so that is the time when they act up. It is pretty frustrating for me--I need to figure out how to handle all three of them when they all seem to need me at the same time. Any ideas?? Despite all the difficult moments, I love being at home and I am hoping things will only improve as Jonathan gets older and the boys settle into a routine. Here are some pictures from this week!
Jonathan--four weeks old already!

Jonathan--bright-eyed and wide awake, and super cute!

One week down...each week will get better and better as your confidence improves. It's no easy task dealing with more than one child...especially so close in age.
As for the acting out when you are busy feeding Jonathan...isn't it amazing how smart kids are? When Layna came home and was still on a bottle, I tried to have a "new" activity for Brayden when I knew I was going to be tied up. However, with two that may be tricky as they might struggle over the sharing part. Maybe have them coloring at the table, pull out puzzles, turn on the tv, play dough at the table, etc... Good luck!
Oh dear, I don't know. It depend so much on personality. Henry would never have sat for somethin glike play dough--he would have thrown it everywhere when not supervised! I know it's bad, but that is when he was introduced to Diego. When I had to nurse, on the tv would go. Whatever gets you through sometimes! :)
